Comment: well i was just wondering but what other factors expect from cooling, psu, and the program u use would factor into overclocking a graphics card. would a motherboard affect it in anyway or any other thing. right u are ken!!

Reply: (edit)Nothing I can think of. Good cooling, Good PSU and a program you are happy with.. What else could you need? Maby benchtesting software so you can see performance increaces and look for any artifacts. Of course you need a good card to O/C with! Have my crappy 64 bit FX5500 from 200Mhz core/400Mhz memory to 330Mhz core/500Mhz memory and only needed to add a fan.. too bad it still runs poorly and to make it worse I baught a 9800Pro that ended up being completly trashed, dosent seem likely I will ever get a new graphics card now : S Anyways Good luck to you.
