I was wondering if I had a p4 2.4 ghz and I O/Ced it to about 3.0-3.2 ghz...would a ThermalTake Dragon Orb or a ThermalTake Spark 7 Copper CPU Cooler be good for cooling or i would need liquid hmmm??? or could i o/c higher?

Probably can overclock it to 3.0Ghz but i don't know if you can overclock it to 3.2GGhz unless you have watercooling.

Heatsinks are a highly argued issue... but from what I've read... the dragon orbs are pretty, but not all that effective. You should check out the comparisons @ overclockers.com they do good testing.

you can definitely get it to 3.2 without water cooling, just with a good hs/f. my 2.4b with stock cooling and no thermal compound gets to 3.06 on ddr266 RAM, and 1.7 volts, but just a little on the warm side of 55c load. with new RAM and possibly a Thermalright AX-478, i can get it to over 3.2.

i would recommend glacier cooler. 100% copper and a GREAT heatsink.
