I am running a Win ME OS on a P2-266MHz Processor. My processor does not have cache.
Is there any way where in I could add a cache to either my motherboard or my processor

You've got one of the early Celerons with no cache. Look for a CPU replacement. I imagine you could pick up a Celeron 300A (128kb full speed cache) or a PII 300 (512kb half speed cache) for under $40.

What MOBO are you using? I can’t think of a way to increase cache on any MOBO I’ve heard of. Whether or not you can swap CPUs is dependent on the MOBO you have.
