Now that new technology is coming out..is my system getting old..Or for what i use it for, be ok..for the next couple of years....The new 64 bit os comming out in every thing, u think i should upgrade my mobo and cpu or just let it be for now?

I'd say, that if it plays the games at a quality level you are happy with then don't bother upgrading. Now, if you are unhappy with how the games play, then that's a different story.
My suggestion (assuming you're happy with the games as-is), is to put the $$ aside that you would spend to upgrade in a high-interest savings account (Scotiabank has one thats like 3%, if you're in canada) and upgrade in 6 months or a year when you start to feel it getting slow.
By then, you can get one of the currently high(er) end cards and mobo/CPU/RAM if you wanted to very cheap.
I know where you're coming from, I upgrade my system constantly (I have bought almost 5 full computer systems in the past 2 years from upgrading HDDs, mobos, CPUs and vid cards), but like you said, your system is fast for you.
If you choose not to upgrade, just think of the upgrades you can get in 6 months or a year when it actually DOES start to feel sluggish.

That's what I'd do if I weren't so anal about staying ontop of technology ;-)
