Is my power Supply big enough?

How do you tell if your power supply is powerful enough to power everything? I have 2 cdrom drives ( one is a burner ) 120gig Western Digital 7200 RPM special edition hard drive, ASUS A7N8X motherboard, XP 2500 CPU, 1 gig (2 512mb) micron PC 3200 ram, 5 80mm case fans, volcano 9 cool mod CPU cooler, sound blaster LIVE sound card, right now I have a radeon VE 32mb video card but am currently shopping for a TI 4200. My question is that I have a 350 watt power supply, is this enough to power all the devices in my system or should I upgrade to a 400 or 500 watt? the reason I think this is with the ASUS Probe my 5V is at 4.865, 3.3v is 3.296v the 12v is 12.352 and Vcore is 1.696. The 3.3v and the 5v looked low, is this because the power supply is to small? how much power should I have? and are any power supplies better than others? I found 550watt power supplies on eBay for around $25 and was wondering if I should be upgrading? Thanks

Your probably fine with the 350w. I have a similar setup with a 350w and never have any problems. I would be leaary of any new 550w psu's for $25 as they probably are not. Your voltages may be a little off from the 3.3, 12v and vcore. It is a roundabout name for each and not intended to be exact. Mine shows as follows: 12v 13.312 5v 4.919 3.3v 3.312

the ti4200 might be too much depending on the quality of your PS - i would go with a 400 to be safe and prevent random lockups

your 350W will be fine unless it performs worse than a 350W should.
