Is my CPU temp real?

Hi folks, I bout an emachine with 1.7Ghz celeron processor and did upgrade the CPU to 2G Pentium4 along with 512Meg of memory. I also add a small case fan at the rear of the computer blowing air in since the original emachine box does not have a case fan. I am quite amazed at the design and air flow of these little "cheap" computer box. In idle mode, board temp = 33C and CPU = 35C. I ran the seti@home program which is a processor intensive utilizing 100% of my CPU. I left this on for 2 hours. My board temp never wen t pass 41C and my CPU hovers at about 48-49C. Is this too good to be true?
