The E6600 has a lot more cache than the e4300, plus a faster clockspeed and FSB speed. saiful, The E6600 is quite a bit faster than the AMD 5600, but apparently priced a lot higher to. Go with the AMD. Sure, the Intel is faster, but definitely not worth $126 more. Maybe overclock that AMD to the speed of a 6000+, if you're into overclocking. Your not shopping in the right place either. You can get the oem 6600 from tigerdirect.com for 249 and you can get the retail from newegg for 308. I'm going with the 6600 but I'm waiting for the price drop.
