Integrated GPU on CPU and Mobo - will it use both?

Specs: Windows 7
Just a quick question regarding integrated GPU. If I buy a processor and a MB, both with integrated GPU will it use both if they are both dual GPU capable? Is it better to just get a not integrated GPU?

AMD AD3870WNGXBOX processor and AMD A75A-G55 AMD A Series Motherboard for example both had Radeon HD integrated GPU.

Did you mean AMD Fusion A8-3700K APU ?

Utilizing a MSi A75A-G55 FM1 Socket motherboard ?

The APU Fusion motherboard does not have a separate IGP, only has the IGP built into the APU Chip..
