Since I'm still a beginner, I need your opinion guys.
Imma buy AMD Sempron LE 140 2.7GHZ AM3 (processor) and ASROCK N68-S3 UCC (motherbord)

1. Are they compatible?
2. Do you think ASROCK is a good brand?
3. What're your opinions about ASROCK brand?
4.What're your opinions about that processor?

1. yes.

2. yes.

3. ASRock is an offshoot of ASUS. They both make very good boards. The one you asked about isn't bad, but it is based on the older GF 7025 / nF 630a chipset combo & only supports HyperTransport 1.0 at 1000MHz. The ASRock 880GM-LE doesn't cost all that much more & it has better integrated graphics plus supports HyperTransport 3.0 at 2600MHz. UCC

4. it's a single core budget CPU.

5. being that it's a single core CPU, it may not be suitable for newer games. However, it's a good overclocker & with the right motherboard, you may be able to unlock the 2nd core & turn it into a dual core X2 Regor. For what it's worth, it's better than any P4.
