I was poking around in the BIOS, and saw the RAM (I think it was RAM) speed at ~210MHz. I thought that was slower than my RAM could handle, so I changed it to 310MHz. Now I cannot power on my computer. I've tried using different RAM sticks with no luck

I fixed it. I tracked down a PDF of the motherboard manual and reset the "clear cmos" jumper, so now it works.

Once you ClearCMOS, the BIOS settings reset to their defaults, & defaults rarely provide the best performance. Run thru ALL your BIOS settings & tweak them as necessary.
