Hello. Pretend that I am completely new at this stuff. I am wondering if someone can tell me all that I need to know about setting up BIOS. That includes partitioning,formatting harddrives, overclocking, setting clock speed to CPU's etc. Thank you for your time.

Its not that easy without certain information from you. What i suggest is to join a overclockers forum, and gain knowledge through that. For example. www.overclockersforum.com
