HT for the Celeron

Just wondering, since the Celeron has always followed the Pentium, when it reaches 3GHz, will it also feature HT like the Pentium 4?
Geez if it does, then HT won't be only on high end systems anymore, and people like my 93 year old grandma would even have it!
Also, do you guys think that Intel will release a Prescott Celeron, complete with 800FSB?
