To my knowledge, no, I don't know of anybody who has been able to overclock a HP, or any other named brand PC come to think of it.

Well if DIGITAL counts as a name brand computer. I have overcloked one in the past. So a bit of new knowledge for you. It was a P2 266 I got it to 300.

Unfortunately, you cannot overclock this HP of yours. The FSB is limited to 100Mhz and multiplier is 8x Max. Therefore, you can only upgrade to a 800Mhz Pentium III slot 1 according to HP's info. Since all Pentium III CPU are multiplier locked, so you can't change the multilplier to overclock, only choice you left is to go for the FSB. I'm sure the VIA Appolo 133 chipset support 133Mhz, you might want to find that option on your motherboard somewhere saids FSB. If you can't find it, post a reply maybe I can find something else helpful for you.

No, you can't just set the multiplier to 8x as the PIII's multipliers are locked.
