Is there a way to unlock the motherboard, so it will be possible to LOWER the multiplyer and then increase the FSB, i have a a7v33 motherboard, and right now the multiplyer wont go lower than 13.0x, i would like to set it to 10.5 x 166 or something like that, help please...

Why would you want to give you're processor LESS power? That's not very healthy, that can lead to problems. Although, raising your multiplier and lowering your fsb isn't that safe either.
