I primarily use Toast...I've only tried Prime95 a couple of times, so I'm not that familiar with it

Prime95 - once installed, just start the program, click OPTIONS, then TORTURE TEST. On the next popup, choose how you wanna run it, then click OK....it will run continuously until you stop it, unless your system locks up 1st...lol. It will list any errors & warnings. I just let it run a complete series of tests...some people let it run for hours though

Toast - start the program & let it run...if you like, you can click on SETTINGS & change it to HIGH PRIORITY...then just let it run. There's no data or anything to see, just the firey Toast guy with a counter/timer running across the top bar. It will also run continuously until you stop it. Let it run for at least 20 min...keep an eye on your temps...if your system doesn't lock up, you're good
