How to change the multiplier of my CPU?
My CeleronA is running at 333MHz on 66MHz FSB, I tried the 100MHz FSB but when windows desktop appeared it's been crushing every time, so I think 500MHz (5x100) is too much for this CPU. Unfortunately, my mobo (Acer ALi Alladin Pro 2) offers only 66, 100, 112 and 133 MHz FSB. I'd like to try 450MHz on this CPU, but I have to set the multiplier to 4,5. Multiplier is locked and I can't change it by jumpers. Does anyone know how to change/unlock the multiplier in Celeron A processor??? please reply :)) !!
