CPU/Ram: amd 1800+/512 ddr

I will be upgrading my cpu soon and my amd 1800+ will work in another mb i have only if it is .18 micron chip, how do i tell if it is that type of chip?

1800+ comes in .13 and .18 flavors

this program will tell you if you have a palomino or tbred. The tbred is 0.13um, the palomino is 0.18um
