If you don't even know how to do it, can you explain why you wanna do it & what you hope to accomplish?
What are your default RAM timings & what timings are you shooting for?

I didn't even know you COULD overclock RAM. If you do you better have a heat spreader.

Summary: How to overclock. First deal with all the other issues! It wont work with 2 sticks of SDRAM. The AGP Slot is bad, must jiggle the card to get it to seat. It is power hungry, buy a bigger power supply....
