Comment:

Hi, again... look, I've been trying all night to get more speed in my cpu, but the maximun value I get was 3120 ghz (see my specs below) I tryed everything, the pc hangs and refuse to boot (reset bios, unplug the battery an all the stuff) and that's my results. Is there a guide to overclock it correctly?
How works the multiplier? (or of what depends) it is possible to set higher value manually?
I hear that this kind of Northwood is capable to work at 3400 Ghz and to be stable like a rock (but no tell how)
FYI: My memory is a PC3200 / 512mb Spectek
Agp Aperture Size = 64
If you need more data ask me.
Thanks, really thanks in advance

have you increased the Voltage when raising the FSB??
if not push it up one increment or until safe and stable boot
good luck

You're wasting your time trying to overclock. Your problem(s) is that have a crappy video card & not enough RAM...no amount of overclocking is gonna overcome that. Plus your board simply doesn't have many overclocking options in the BIOS. BTW, you can NOT change the multiplier setting.
