It's difficult to answer without knowing the make/model of your board. And the PC2100 will limit your results. I'd say at best, you're looking at 2.25GHz (15 x 150MHz) if your board & RAM can handle it.

"OS: windows vista
CPU/Ram: pc 2100 512mb"If you are using windows vista, then it is better to get at least 1GB RAM rather than thinking about overclock assuming you want better performance...

Yikes! Crappy board with a crappy BIOS. You can try overclocking thru software, but don't be surprised if the overclock programs won't work with Vista. Vista shouldn't be your primary OS anyway. Do a search for SysTool, SoftFSB, CPUFSB, or ClockGEN...maybe one of them will work. My suggestion is to get a decent board, or go back to XP, or both.

Even with software overclocking, the best you might expect is about 140Mhz. That's right at the speed of a Tbred 2600+. The only performance increase you'll see is in benchmarking programs...nothing that relates to the real world.
Crappy motherboards are just that. I own three of 'em and although I can make a 2600+ out of a 2400+ or a 3000+ out of a 2800+, nothing really changes.
