Integrated Graphics... ATI Radeon HD 3300 (RS780D)

Operating System... win7 x64 ultimate

Have you read the manual? You overclock from the BIOS -- VGA Core Clock Control? It's pretty much a waste of time though. Even overclocked, the HD 3300 can't compete with a low end card.

What I meant was, are you sure it's running at 1066MHz? The X2 7750 Kuma doesn't support DDR2-1066, so the RAM is probably running at 400MHz, maybe even lower (probably about 389MHz).

Try running CPUZ, click the memory tab, then see what's listed for DRAM frequency.
