Solved How to overclock CPUs?

Specs: Windows 7
how do i overclock my processor? It's Kinda old and the new games, like max payne 3, require a lot of power so i really do need to overclock the processor.
My processor is a Core 2 Duo E8200
My motherboard is Intel DG33FB

PC configuration-
Processor: Intel Core 2 duo E8200 (stock cooling system)
Graphics: Sapphire HD 7770 OC edtion (also manually overclocked 1185/1325)
PSU: 650 watt

Sorry, Intel motherboards do not offer the options to overclock their processors.
I am running an E8200 OC to 3.2GHz on a Gigabyte P43 series motherboard, unfortunately, your BIOS does not have the options.
Your Board/Manual download:
You will notice that the manual lists the method of setting up the board and even updating the BIOS, but does not even go into the basics of setting your BIOS's limited features except by telling you what can be set, but not how. They do not want you touching it apparently.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
