i've been toying with the same idea and i asked a guy that had an asus rig similar to mine that he overclocked. here is what he said. (BE CAREFUL!!)

"You'll want to start by lowering the multiplier to around 8 or 9. Raise the fsb until it won't pass prime95 or another stress test program, then back it down a notch until it passes. After you find your stable max fsb raise the multiplier until it won't pass prime95 or another stress test, then lower it a little at a time until it becomes stable. If you want to get a higher stable maximum you can raise the vcore/vdimm/vdd. Your temps will increase with increased vcore. Just watch your temps with mbm5 or some other monitoring program. Usually you want to stay below 50C at full load. Keep your agp/pci at 66/33 and leave the divider at 1:1 or an equal divider(1:1=2:2=3:3...). Thats basically all you need to do. There may be some questions that come up but you can always come here and ask. Good luck!"
