I have a Intel Corporation SE440BX motherboard with a p2 350mz how do i overclock the cpu or motherboard.

you're not going to gain much of anything, even if you can find a way to OC that cpu on that intel board, which is highly unlikely in the first place....not worth the bother in my opinion...

intel doesnt like people to overclock

your intel motherboard almost certainly has no overclocking options

what is painfully obvious to one person might be just painful to the other

plus if u did get a nw mobo, intel started locking multplyers at 300Mhz....
