How to overclock a AMD k6-2 without having any dip switch to move around. We have some Cobalt servers and they're currently using K6-2/300 but we're switching to AMD k6/500. Somebody said that you can do it on the socket by adding some jumpers? Please let me know via e-mail.

Get a socket 7 "Power Leap" adapter. (If you can find one). It goes between the CPU and the Socket. It has dip switches which allow you to change settings. (Power Leap adapters are the "Gold Finger" type devised used for older copu's). I have one that I used to help oc a K6-2+ to 620Mhz.
