There is no link. Please list the make/model of your motherboard, which A64 CPU you have, which type/speed of RAM, make/model of video card, & the power supply make/model/wattage & specs.

If you have an OEM system (Acer, Dell, Gateway, HP/Compaq, etc), you can forget about overclocking.

You can't overclock an HP, at least not thru the BIOS. That's typical of almost ALL OEM systems. If HP provided the necessary overclocking options, 1000's of clueless morons would enter the BIOS, jack the sh!t out of the settings, make their systems unbootable, then flood HP support with calls. The fact that you don't even know which key to press tells me that you don't know what you're doing either.

Let me try again:

1. Your system is NOT overclockable thru the BIOS.

2. "Insert" is NOT the key used to enter the BIOS. Once you figure out which key it is, you will find that you have none of the required overclocking options are available. I'll give you a hint --- it's one of the "F" keys.

Then do you know how I can do it?

How you can do what?

You can NOT overclock your HP thru the BIOS, I can't state it any simpler or clearer than that. Have you even figured out which key will get you into the BIOS yet? Once you look at the menu options, you'll know why you can't overclock - there are no overclocking settings! The HP BIOS is deliberately made to be "bare bones" so that you can't overclock. You may able to find overclocking software that will work with your system, but don't expect miracles.
