Without knowing what motherboard you have, it's difficult to answer. Do you know what multiplier settings, FSB settings, & CPU voltage settings are available to you? Usually, an older Socket 7 board if configured thru jumpers or switches on the board itself...not in the BIOS.
What make/model board do you have? Do you have the manual?

All I was able to find out is that it's an old Compaq motherboard. Unless there are other FSB options available (75mhz for instance), you're probably not gonna be able to do much. But at 3.5 x 75mhz, you'd be at 262.5mhz

All the brand name PCs...Dell, Gateway, Compaq, etc...have very limited BIOS or jumper settings, so they're not good for overclocking. If you wanna play with socket7 CPUs, try eBay, see if you can find a cheap Super7 board like the FIC 503+...it uses either 72-pin SIMMs or 168-pin PC66/100/133 & you can run "asynchronous" (CPU & memory bus at different speeds). The 233MMX runs nicely at 250mhz with 100mhz FSB...plus you can up to a 550mhz K6-2 or K6-3
