Do you also have 2 sticks of RAM running in dual channel mode at 141MHz?

For best performance, you should run the RAM at the same bandwidth as the CPU...in your case, you'll have to underclock your it. Look for a BIOS setting for CPU:DRAM ratio & make sure it's set at 1:1.
Right now (at 141MHz) your CPU's bandwidth is 5412MB/sec, but your RAM running in dual channel mode (at the default speed of 200MHz) has a bandwidth of 6400MB/sec.
