How do you find out ur PLL?

I need to know what kind of PLL or Clockgenerator I have in order to overclock my cpu or FSB. Help please.

Is there like a program that i can download to find it out?

How about looking for the chip on the motherboard? Or maybe if you'd post the make/model of your board, someone can find it for you?
