The K7S5A is a socket A board, but there are no socket A CPUs that run at 1460Mz, at least not by default. You probably mean 1467MHz? If so, you most likely have an Athlon XP 1700+ which is clocked at 11 x 133MHz. 133MHz is the CPU frequency...the FSB is twice that, so your CPU runs at 266MHz FSB.
