how do i remove the heatsink?

Specs: Windows 7, 4GB
SORRY THIS IS SOLVED NOW, I FIGURE IT OUT!!


the motherboard ABIT NF7-S 2.0 has gone bad so im trying to replace it..
it isn't mine so i dont how they installed it..

how can i remove this? is there tutorial or video perhaps

i believe the heatsink is thermaltake i just dont know how to remove it from the motherboard so i can get the CPU...

help!

In this pic - http://postimage.org/image/2ffke5dc4/ - look at the chrome metal clip that runs thru the middle of the heatsink. Get a wide flat screwdriver, insert the end in the clip, then apply press downward while pulling outward away from the CPU socket. Have a look at this:
