i have a amd athlon xp2000 with a 2gig processer and 768 of memory is it worth trying to overclock it if not what should i get to make it a bit faster ???????

Do you have the specs on the motherboard and ram? Is your processor unlocked? Do you know how to go into bios and check out your current settings?
You need to be able answer those questions before anyone can help you.
Give it some thought.

Do you have a program on your computer called EasyTune? Or something like that name?
If not, do you have the drivers disk that came with the motherboard? EasyTune should be on it. If not, no big deal. You can overclock in your bios also. But I'm not sure if you know how to go into the bios and change some settings. Also, the first thing I would do, is get rid of the 2100 ram in slot 1 and move the 3200 ram from 2 to slot 1. I wouldn't want the ram to hold me back if you know what I mean.
