The same as you overclock any other A64/nForce3 combination. Is your 3400+ the 2.2GHz or 2.4GHz version?

Here's some suggested settings, assuming you have PC3200 (DDR400) RAM:

CPU freq = 250MHz (increase 10MHz at a time)
CPU multi = ??? (don't know what to suggest because I don't know which CPU you have)
HTT multi = 3x
RAM freq = 166MHz (DDR333)
AGP = 67MHz
PCI = 33MHz
Spread Spectrum = disabled
Cool'n Quiet = disabled
RAM voltage = add 0.10v to default voltage
CPU voltage = increase as necessary to stabilize (don't know what to suggest because I don't know which CPU you have)

There are also RAM timings that should be adjusted, but without know what RAM you have & what the default timings are, these are strictly a guess:

CAS Latency = 2.5
RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD) = 3
Row precharge Time (tRP) = 3
Min RAS active time (tRAS) = 7
Command rate = 1T

If you haven't done so, you'll probably need to bump up the CPU voltage (vcore) a little bit. I believe your default voltage is 1.50v, so try it at 1.525v. If that doesn't do it, try 1.55v, then 1.575v, up to 1.60v. Beyond that, you're on your own.

I have the same CPU in this system - it is a poor overclocker.
