Overclocking is serious business and should not be undertaken lightly. Because of restricted airflow and other factors, cooling an overclocked laptop is a serious problem. Many have cooling problems even without overclocking. Many of the features necessary to do safe overclocking are often absent in laptops. A laptop is just not a good candidate for overclocking.
