How do i over clock my intel E5700

Specs: Windows Vista Premium, 3.0 ghz 2 gigs of ram
I just replaced my 1.8 intel duo withe a 65 watt 3.0 duo intell 775 socket chip. I upgraded from one ghz to two ghz of memory. The question I have is how do i overclock my 3.0 ghz cpu ?

this is done in the BIOS it varies from different makes.

You don't necessarily have to overclock but it certainly would boost the performance if you could re-clock to a faster FSB.

At it's default settings, the E5700 runs at 15 x 200MHz @ 800MHz FSB. 9 x 333MHz @ 1333MHz FSB would be better, 7.5 x 400MHz at 1600MHz FSB would be even better. It all depends on what your motherboard is capable of & which speed RAM you have.
