How do I fix blue screen crashes?

Specs: Windows 7 & 10
My blue screen error area always suggests disabling cache & shadowing.. I am assuming this is a bad problem, since from what I understand this is an important feature..
Is there a way to scan to see where this error is happening, and to fix it?

Most BSODs generate minidump files in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder.

The info within them is quite "techie" and requires a fair bit of knowledge to interpret them.

You need to post their contents so they can be looked at.

You can also glean more info from the Event Viewer.

I have actually successfully reinstalled a back up of my windows 10, and so far there has been no crashes, however, I put this here because, every single crash said the same thing about the bios cache and shadowing, so I figured, I would ask and see what is said, that way when it happens again, because I really do think it will, then I will know what I should do..
This has been happening all week, and I just reinstalled the image last night.. I am hoping that solved the issue but, I have near to little faith in this pc that was built for me.
