replace your motherboard with one that has a bios that will give you the overclocking options.
There's no password or secret to add options to your bios...if your bios won't let you do it, then you can't do it.

I don't think it will be worth it, with your setup even if you get a new Mobo, you won't achieve a good overclock. Better save the money and get a complete new setup later.
