My computer keeps crashing and gives me all kins of different stop errors. I think it got to do with the temps and volts. I had to reduce my DDR 333 to DDR 200 to make the computer last for hours instead of minutes. I have a screenshot from MBProbe and it keeps giving me the red light. How can I improve my situation? I want to maximize my speed (2.4 GHz and DDR333/PC2700). All my temps are high when I checked the BIOS. MB 52C, CPU 50C, PWM 40C. These are my idle temps, very bad but I remember putting a Volcano and it only reduces the temp by less than 5C. Does anyone has a better suggestion? I did use the Silver something thermal paste. My comp has never exhibit this problem until summer came........

I seems my problem could be the motherboard temp it's over 120F, I had to use my windows fan and blow it directly onto the MD to reduce it to 100F. I already has a chassis fan, what else can I do to reduce the temp? Are there chassis fan over 3000RPM?

Make sure you put the thermal paste on properly(thin layer)of as3, and you can also try getting another hsf rated for a higher speed,or try taking the one you have off and putting it back on.Maybe it has some air gaps in there?? also if you ambient temps are high it will make the temps higher(i'm sure you know). lucky i got ac it's 15c in my house lol.

Your temps and voltage seem okay. My 2.4B @2.88 runs around 50C idle and tops at 61C in summer with room (ambient) temp around 29C. It gets down to 41C idle and tops 55C in the winter with room temp around 20C.

You did not mention system temp. If it gets over 40C you need intake and exhaust case fans.

My computer crashing problem looks to have been solved after reducing my memory speed from DDR 333 to DDR 266. What does this imply? Bad memory or because of high temperature? How do I know when is too hot since there's no thermometer for the memory unless it can be decided indirectly from some other temps.
I have a CRUCIAL PC2700 so it's a good brand, any program to seek if they're faulty?

Well, memory does not run to speed is not uncommon. I've rma'ed my Corsair PC2700C2 three times. Glad you have isolated the problem.

I found out the problem. It seems even though I have 3 memory slots, if I want to run at DDR33/PC2700, I can only install in 2 slots. I knew Crucial memory wasn't the problem. They are very reliable.
