I have a 420 and I can overclock it from 250mhz to 320mhz and memery to 420mhz

your results will be different than Casey's. Just take it slow and easy.

... is right. You will not get the same results as mine because no hardware is the the same.

When you overclock the item will not last as long. I just overclocked it for fun. Now it's back to stock speed.
