I always seem to have high CPU usage and my machine runs very slowly. Programs take allot longer to come up than before. Any suggestions on fixing this would be great.
I run Cox.net virus & spyware programs, plus Adaware and Spybot from time to time.
I use this computer mainly for internet surfing and word processing only.

Used the advice given to rectify same problem, plus upped the speed from 733 to 1100. Now runs sweetly and only gets up to 50% cpu usage instead of 100%. Thanks for all your help.
