First off, here's my pc specs:

Asus P4P800-VM mobo
P4 2.6 GHz w/ 800MHz FSB
512MB x 2 PC3200 DDR RAM = 1024MB
400W PSU
Radeon 9600 Pro, slightly overclocked (+10/+25)
80GB Western Digital HD

My average temps are 34C CPU / 31C Mobo. I've never seen it above 35C.

Anyways, how many MHz can I overclock my machine without using any additional cooling? I have 1 intake fan in the front and one in the back blowing air out. My psu has 2 fans. My mobo has one and my vid card has one. What would you recommend?

P4P800VM is not for overclocking. The BIOS does not support any. The P4P800 is. Sorry that you got the wrong one.

All P4P800 series including the 875 chip in Asus board have lower than actual CPU temp, while the Abit boards report higher. That's how they play us.

Never can tell 100% unless one actually OCs it.
