HELP with P5GD1, 3.4LGA775

OS: XP-PRO CORP.
CPU/Ram: 2 x !gig DDR3200-400
Comment:
I could use some help from anyone willing to. I bought a Asus P5GD1-VM board and a P4, 3.4 prescott LGA775. I never had problems overclocking other Asus boards since it could easily be done in the bios. But somehow this board is grayed out in that area. COULD SOMEONE PLEASE help me with the steps I need to follow to overclock.
