It would help if you mentioned what board you have, what CPU, & what you're trying to do with it.

"its a Radeon Xpress 200 series

That doesn't help...you gave the model of your video card. If you don't even know the make model of your board, you sure as heck shouldn't be trying to overclock.

one more thing the memory is DDR PC3200(200mhz) BIOS is Phoenix LTD AWARD 6.0
The BIOS wont let me try to OC.

I took a look at my manual and it says there should be a Frequency/Voltage Control in the BIOS so I could overclock the machine. But there is none in my actual BIOS

IT shows like this:

AMD K8 Cool 'n' quiet control [Auto]
Hammer Fid control [start up]
Hammer vid control [start up]
Auto Detect PCI clk [enabled]
CPU CLOCK!! [200 mhz
Spread Spectrum [enabled]
DIMM Voltage ADjust [2.6V]

If only my actual BIOs showed this I wouldnt be posting in the First place :P

Plz help on how to unlock that menu on my BIOS or something I havent tried yet

Help plz!

Hiya jam.
"its a Radeon Xpress 200 series
AMD 64 3200+ 512 ram"

It's actually his chipset, not his video card.

Erick 2k5

You still have not told us what your mainboard model/make is?
The 2 links are to the CPUFSB site, the 2nd link is to help you find the PLL.

Ahhh it becomes a little bit clearer.
You have onboard graphics, like jam pointed out.
Is this your machine?.......http://reviews.cnet.com/eMachines_T6212/4505-3118_7-31341178-2.html?tag=top

Even that is not clear as to which mobo it is but I suspect it might be a limiting factor.

7.0 rating thats good I guess..
I think I just know how to set the jumpers but I did a big mistake. I took out the green stuff and threw it away in the trash. Its suppose to stay off 10 secs then set it back right? Is there any way I can set my config my BIOS now?

thank you for your help.

Yeah the MOBO is an RS480-M from ECS
sockets 939
if u want to see the manual to confirm go to:

Oh dear,that was not good.
You now need to get those jumpers back(or replacements) and put them back where they came from.It is very important.

The green stuff was most likely the audio jumpers. No biggie - maybe.

E-Machines probably put a limited version of the BIOS on the machine. Download and run Everest Home. It will read your hardware and BIOS info, giving you all the info you need - plus - it will give you clickable web links to BIOS and driver updates available for your box.

ECS RS480M motherboard has not overclocked well for me. Anything over 220 on the FSB and it dogs out, regardless of all other parameters. My Epox 9NDA, on the other hand, easily sets to 275 FSB.

Look I know you want to overclock, but don't expect the moon and sky with this mobo. Flash your BIOS with the latest version from the mobo maker and try some baby steps.

Good god man, never throw away any computer hardware. Good long handled jumpers are very handy. You will understand once you need to dump your CMOS after your board will not boot with your overclock settings.

VIA K8T800 Chipset Based
