I am not sure what I doing wrong. Here is my system (newly built): MSI K7N2 Delta-L Scket A/8xAGP/Dual Channel 400FSB AMD Athlon XP Barton 3000+ 333FSB 512 CPU Memory: Crucial PC2700 2 512MB slots 1-3
My processor is only running at 1300 and in my Bios the highest I can set my FSB at is 233MHZ.
I am fairly new at this but I am pretty sure that my processor should be more than 1300 and I thought I should be able to set my FSB at least at 333mhz. Any ideas? I would really appreciate the help. Thanks toofast

I think you're confusing the DDR (double data rate) numbers. 100mhz = 200FSB, 133mhz = 266FSB, 166mhz = 333FSB, 200mhz = 400FSB, etc
Your default multiplier is 13x...your FSB is currently set at 100mhz (200)...13 x 100mhz = 1300mhz. Change the FSB to 166mhz (333) & it will run at the proper speed of 2167mhz (13 x 166mhz).
