Help overclocking with clockgen

Hi I am interested in overclocking my p4 2.4GHz 400MHz fsb to about 2.6 I am using clockgen and I understand a little about how it works but first to overclock it says I have to select the correct pll setup. In the pll setup section it says for example ICS and different numbers so im not sure what the correct one is to select. My motherboard is a P4B266-LA (Danube) motherboard supplier is ASUS I have ASUS/Award bios. I have a socket 478 processor. Chipset is intel 845 (Brookdale). I hope all that info helps. Also I was wondering if anyone knew why in speedfan it would say that my processor is 50C but when I look in my bios it only says 30C just wondering. Also would an overclock of just .2 hurt my system. I'd appreciate any help I could get. Thanks.
