Hi need some hints on how to make this thing hmm a lil better then stock settings following hardware is

Asus m2npv-vm Mobo (am2)
Amd64 4400x2
Geil DDr2 800
480w psu
So far i dont see any Htt menus to drop it to keep it at or below 1ghz I got the multi menu and the Bus speed. and memory settings. Um plz any help would be great at this point in time.

Look at the CD that came with your MBoard. If nTune is on there install that and try it.
