Help!!!! Nvidia Drivers wont work!!

Hey, My Inno3d FX 5200 wont even work with the new nvidia 52.16 and 53.03 Drivers. Every time i download them and install them i restart and the screen just goes black. And yes i deleted the old 43.25 drive using "Nasty File Remover" But I just cant get the damn drivers to work...can somebody help or even if u had the same problem and fixed it! Tell me what you did...i even went th the manufractures web site downloaded the driver there too...Stil the black screen...lol Well anyways the card works reat with the 43.03 and the 45.23 Driver just dont know why is doesnt work with the new drivers.
