I have a hard drive (fujitsu 6gb) that will not get auto-detected, but when you got into the bios and select detect IDE it works, then when i boot up into dos, it's like the hard drive has dissappeared again can anybody help ?
Go to DOS type Fdisk that program will see you HDD .In this program create primary active DOS partition for all space .Restart you comp ,then go to DOS again and type format c: .After that you i`ll be able to see you HDD from DOS .(If you got some important info on disk you i`ll lose it )
