I am currently having problems with my graphics card or computer? Not really sure...but i was wondering if any one could tell me why i am getting green lines on my screen when i leave my computer on for a long time or have played games for a long time...it prevents me from playing games and i must let the computer rest for a while before i can start it up again with out green and other really weird looking colors...It is very hard to explain...I know it is not the monitor i am using because i have had the same problems in the past with old monitors that i have used...I just bought this new monitor and it is still occurring...But i was wondering if the problem is the graphics card overheating or if it is the computer etc...If you know any information on this i would appreciate it very much...also if you know what i can purchase/fix etc. to handle this situation...Thanx

Well there is one way that only I can tell you, howvever, for me to impart this wisdom you must transfer a sizeable amount of money to my swiss bank account....
Only joking!
You can give the card a clean with some cottone buds and the MAGICAL baby wipes, for a start. You can also leave the side off you PC case and see if it stops the lines occuring. The you could clean the PC while you are at it and perhaps add a few case fans?
Zee.

I know this may sound a little negative, but sounds like your card could be on its way out. Are you sure it hasnt been overclocked in the past?
