Good all round optimizer

just wondering eny of you know a good all round system optimizer e.g control my fan speeds, increase file usage, registry editor e.t.c thx

I'm just gonna list a few here:

Tweak UI
Tweak XP
XP Burn

I'm not sure if those last 2 are called exactly that. It might be the other way around.

tweak XP cam be obtained via a down load from the software manufacturer it is a 30 or 40 times use share ware version.
